BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Younes Qrirou is a research associate at the research network extractivism.de at the Center for Near and Middle Eastern Studies at Philipps-Universität Marburg. He studied social sciences at Justus Liebig University Giessen and economics at the University of Casablanca. He is doing his Ph.D. in Political Science at the Graduate School of Comparative Educational Research at Eberhard Karls University Tübingen. In his current research, he examines the economic and social impacts of extractivism in the Maghreb from a post-development perspective.
