Ignacio studies the opportunities and challenges that countries rich in natural resources face in developing their productive and technological capacities and, in this way, escape from the extractivist model. For that, he focuses on renewable energies and the potential for regional energy integration policies in Latin America, particularly concerning critical minerals such as lithium and green hydrogen.
