BIOGRAFÍA

El Dr. Bertram Lang es investigador posdoctoral en la Philipps-Universidad de Marburg. En su trabajo académico, Bertram utiliza métodos mixtos para analizar las realidades y implicaciones de la presencia global de China (Global China) en ámbitos como la sociedad civil global, la política anticorrupción y las políticas de desarrollo. En el marco del proyecto colaborativo Extractivism, él estudia las dimensiones geopolíticas del extractivismo y el “factor chino” en la gobernanza global de materias primas.

Bertram es doctor de la Goethe-Universidad de Fráncfort. Su tesis doctoral se trata del papel de la filantropía en la política exterior y de desarrollo china. Bertram fue profesor visitante de economía y sociedad china en la Georg-August-Universidad de Göttingen. Tiene una maestría en Relaciones Internacionales de la UE del Colegio de Europa y de Ciencias Políticas del Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence y de la Universidad de Friburgo. Bertram ha trabajado en el Mercator Institute for China Studies de Berlín. Tiene experiencia de investigación de campo en China continental, Hong Kong y Portugal, entre otros lugares.

El Dr. Bertram Lang es investigador posdoctoral en la Philipps-Universidad de Marburg.
